Residential Services
Covering all parts of the National Construction Code, we can tailor a solution that will meet your construction needs.

Services We Offer.
It can be difficult at times to fit within the Deemed to Satisfy Criteria for one or multiple parts of the NCC Volume 2 & NCC Housing Provisions. At times you will require a Performance Solution to show compliance.
We create tailored custom solutions to problems that are created through the design process.
When it comes to residential construction, every project is unique. Standard solutions often fall short because they don’t account for specific site conditions, architectural designs, or client preferences.
Performance Solutions Australia steps in by providing customised performance-based solutions. Whether it’s building solutions, fire safety, energy efficiency, or structural integrity, we tailor our recommendations to meet the specific needs of each residential project.
Covering all parts of the National Construction Code
What we can help with:

Part H1 - Structure
H1 ensures that the building, including its foundation, frame, and supporting elements, can safely withstand all applied loads such as wind, live, dead, and earthquake forces.

Part H2 - Damp and Weatherproofing
H2 ensures buildings are resistant to moisture ingress, damp, and weather penetration that could endanger health or damage the structure.

Part H3 - Fire Safety
H3 deals with boundary setbacks, fire-resisting construction, protection of openings, and fire separation between dwellings, garages, and outbuildings.

Part H4 - Health and Amenity
H4 governs provisions for sanitation, ventilation, natural light, sound insulation, and wet-area waterproofing to ensure healthy living conditions.

Part H5 - Safe Movement and Access
H5 ensures safe movement and access in and around dwellings. It prescribes requirements to prevent slips, trips, and falls.

Part H6 - Energy Efficiency
H6 sets the performance requirements for energy efficiency, including the building fabric, glazing, sealing, and fixed building services.

Plumbing Code of Australia
We also deal with Hydraulic Engineering matters such as charged stormwater systems and roof plumbing reports for residential buildings.

Part H7 - Ancillary Provisions
H7 covers other things such as heating appliances, chimneys, flues, and swimming pools or spas. It also provides requirements for alpine and bushfire prone areas.

Part H8 - Livable Housing Design
H8 deals with step-free entries, wider doorways, and accessible sanitary facilities intending to future-proof Australian housing, allowing occupants to remain in their homes through life-stage or mobility changes.
